The coronavirus outbreak has led to all GP practices taking exceptional measures. These measures are aimed at enabling us to cope with continuing to provide care to those with other acute conditions during the restrictions caused by the pandemic.
No appointments may be made at our Reception Desk or on-line. If you require an appointment please telephone 01383 721266. You will be given a telephone appointment if appropriate and a Clinician will call you back to assess your condition.
All long term condition clinics such as asthma or diabetes reviews are being dealt with by telephone.
Please DO NOT come into the Surgery with requests for repeat medication. Requests can be made by telephoning the prescription line on 01383 729182 , via Patient Access, or be submitted to the local pharmacies.
DO Not come into the Surgery to collect prescriptions. Please indicate on your request which chemist you wish to collect from.
DO NOT stockpile medication. You should only order what you need when you are due to run out. Requests submitted early will be declined.
If you have a fever, cough or shortness or breath please do not come in to the GP practice. Call NHS 24 (111) for advice.
