IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION
Our appointment system is changing on Monday 10th June 2024
With almost 11,000 patients, we are aware of the difficulties in getting an appointment with a Clinician and know about the challenge of having to phone at 8.30 am for an appointment. As a result we are making some big changes in the way you make appointments at the surgery.
From Monday 10th June 2024, we will be moving to eConsult, which is an electronic method to book an appointment via your computer or phone. For those that are unable to use eConsult there will be support from our admin team or someone else can do it on your behalf.
This is a big change to how we work, but we hope it will lead to less frustration and improve our system to enhance patient experience and maximise appointment capacity.
We understand you may have questions about the changes, but we will continue to keep you informed. More details to follow in the next few weeks – watch this space.
