IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE WAY YOU ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Please note, with effect from 1st March 2024 the prescription line will no longer be available.
How to order your repeat prescription from 1st March 2024;
· Post your request into the Mail Box in the foyer at the practice
· Hand your repeat slip into the pharmacy
· Email fife.f20490-rx-requests@nhs.scot Please note your name, address, DOB, medication you would like to order, and which pharmacy you want your prescription sent to or if you wish to collect from the surgery.
· Complete an online form on www.bellyeomansurgery.co.uk
· Patient Access (www.patientaccess.com) Please note which pharmacy you want your prescription to be sent to or if you wish to collect from the surgery in the message box. If you want to use this service please contact the surgery for access codes.
Whichever method you use for ordering a repeat prescription, please allow 3 working days for medication on your repeat list and 3 working days for medication not on your repeat list to be processed. Your pharmacy will tell you how long they will usually take to process a prescription once they receive it. We recommend ordering your medication at least 10 days before you run out.
